The four basic elements are Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. They are the energetic building blocks of everything in nature, including humans. How to work with Fire?
Working with Fire includes burning things and transforming things. This is most often portrayed in burning paper on which we wrote something that we want to change or destroy in our lives. This way, Fire acts as the remover of obstacles for us by clearing everything on our path so we may walk it after all dangers have been cleansed. Candles and open flames can be great sources of visions from the divine or spirit guides while cooking/baking is one of the great examples of transformative work. From meals in our daily lives to creating soaps, candles, and smudges, whenever you are using old to create something new, you are working with the energy of Fire.
